License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the App.

Educational Purpose

The App is provided for practice and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee passing any DMV exam.

User Accounts

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Payments

If the App includes paid features, all transactions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds follow their respective policies.

Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, and software, belongs to NC License Prep, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or availability.

Limitation of Liability

NC License Prep, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
